Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a Michigan lending provider in growth mode in their search for an experienced Construction Administrator . This role oversees all construction-related aspects of commercial loan closings and funding ensuring projects are completed efficiently accurately and in compliance with policy. The position also includes environmental and collateral analysis to manage risk across the commercial lending portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage documentation for construction loans including budgets contracts permits insurance and waivers.
Analyze inspection reports budgets and project progress to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Evaluate and approve construction funding requests and report findings to lending teams.
Order and review title updates environmental reports and property inspections identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Maintain compliance with construction loan policies environmental regulations and insurance requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required.
57 years of experience in construction loan administration monitoring or related field.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of construction documentation and Michigan Construction Lien Law preferred.
