One year of customer service administrative or collegiate setting preferred. 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a related office environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk
Monday-Friday M-T 8AM-5PM Fridays 7AM-4PM $20.00 / Hr. 40 Hours a week Temporary until 12 / 5 / 2025
Duties :
- Prepare and send student account statements and billing notices.
- Assist with collection of overdue balances and communicate payment options or arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and organized student account records.
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Assist with audits, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
