General Summary and Purpose :

We seek a mid-level to senior developer or platform engineer eager to help our development team implement DevSecOps and platform engineering best practices. If you are self-motivated and enjoy solving challenges in a fast-paced environment, this position may be ideal for you. You will work on technology enablement initiatives within our Application Solutions Platform Engineering team, which adopts agile methodologies for delivery. Our teams collaborate with third-party providers both onshore and offshore, as well as with our own developers, to deliver top-tier solutions for our stakeholders and end users.

You will report to the Director of Application Solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Define and implement technology standards for monitoring, alerting, scaling, availability, business logging, audit, and other capabilities.
• Develop and manage templates for DevSecOps pipelines, including static and dynamic application security testing (SAST / DAST), automated testing, deployment, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain technology enablers, evaluate innovative technologies, and promote their adoption within cross-functional teams.
• Create architecture blueprints for technology enablers.
• Build cross-portfolio process metrics dashboards for business and IT stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical consultant, mentor, and advocate for best practices.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop architecture blueprints.

Compensation :

The target base salary range for this role is $110,500 - $130,000, determined by internal equity, market data, skills, experience, degrees, and certifications. Our pay-for-performance philosophy means total compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and other benefits.
