Who you are :

As an integral member of our team, you, the Registered Nurse, will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients with medical and surgical issues, with a specific focus on two specialized patient populations - Urology and Oncology. Our 29-bed unit offers a diverse patient population, providing you with a unique opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow.

This is a Full time 32 hour / week Day position consisting of four 8 hour shifts per week OR two 12 hour and one 8 hour shift per week.

What you’ll do :

• Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
• Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
• Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
• You will serve as a mentor for your team
• You’ll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patient
