A firm base and knowledge of key manufacturing processes such as extrusion, cabling, braiding

Effective leadership skills to develop and optimize the performance of others

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Proficient PC skills, including MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint

Skilled at managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines

Financial acumen including basic Profit and Loss, trade-offs, cost benefit, NPV, ROI and growth / profit mindset
