The Role : As an Engineering Manager, you're responsible for delivering robust full stack applications and libraries. You will be at the frontier of user-facing development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to enhance the Process Intelligence Graph with the next generation of process mining.

Customers come to Celonis with messy, complex data and need a clear way to categorize it, simplify it, and turn it into actionable insights. We are building the next generation of process insights with object-centric process mining to help them save time and money.

You'll build systems that scale across large datasets and demanding enterprise use cases. Our stack includes Angular, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Postgres, StarRocks and more - focused on extensibility, performance, reliability, and craft.

The work you ship will directly influence how organizations around the world operate, including initiatives like measuring and reducing carbon footprint to support sustainability goals.

The work you'll do :

• Lead the Knowledge full stack teams in Los Angeles & Redwood City to successfully deliver their mission
• Use technical judgment and intuition about customer behavior to determine the best paths forward on the features we have and trade off properties like time to implement, maintainability, scalability, performance, etc.
• Work closely with other engineering teams, x-functional stakeholders, and leads to ensure the development and delivery of impactful product features that drive customer value and shape the overall product strategy
• Manage the performance and support the career development of engineers up to the Staff level
• Build and maintain an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration within the larger organization, including providing upward and outward visibility of the team and their work.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus / commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.

The base salary range below is for the role in California, based on a Full Time Schedule.

$255,000-$300,000 USD
