We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in payroll processing, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Process non-exempt and exempt, bi-weekly and / or semi monthly payroll, multi-state preferred.
  • Great communicator- will help employees with payroll and benefits questions.
  • Generate payroll reports, audit entries, and post journal entries with job costing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with non-exempt and exempt, bi-weekly and / or semi monthly payroll.
  • Must have experience with commissions calculations.
  • ADP experience a plus.
