Together, we can build a future defined by efficiency, resilience, and environmental stewardship. / ph3Key Responsibilities / h3ulliJointly call on end users to support sales efforts and deliver outstanding solutions. / liliDevelop and nurture connections with distribution channels through planning and technical training. / liliDevelop and supervise the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution. / liliGenerate sales that exceed the forecast for the area, contributing to Spirax Sarcos market share growth. / liliBuild and implement specific activities that align with the organizations strategic goals. / liliCultivate customer relationships to develop repeat business in assigned territories. / liliCollaborate with your Area Manager to develop a dynamic Top 25 account list within your territory. / liliDetermine sales potential of companies, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans to penetrate the market, including cold calling and canvassing techniques. / liliTrain end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations. / liliEnsure customers receive accurate and timely quotations for products / services and expedite orders as needed. / liliFollow up with customers to ensure happiness and identify needs for future business opportunities. / li / ulh3Required Qualifications / h3ulliBachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with equivalent experience. / lili5+ years of outside sales experience selling a technical or industrial product line; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. STEAM experience preferred! / liliAbility to conduct boardroom style presentations for customers. / liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM business software. / liliValid drivers license in compliance with Spirax Sarco USA company driving policies. / liliThis role requires someone who is familiar and based in the Central IL market. / li / ulpSteam Thermal Solutions is one of four businesses within Spirax Group, with global coverage across 67 operating units.
