Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Outreach Representative. This position is focused on identifying and engaging prospective clients to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our executive team. You will play a crucial role in driving the early stages of our sales pipeline by actively reaching out to target customers, setting the stage for successful client partnerships.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research and identify prospective companies and key decision makers within our target markets.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet defined criteria before scheduling meetings.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate introductions between prospects and our sales executives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Assist in following up on marketing-generated leads to secure meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably in B2B or supply chain/logistics).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily.
- Highly organized, persistent, and goal-oriented.
- Able to quickly learn about our services to effectively spark interest with prospects.
- Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
