Our state of the art single doctor dental practice is searching for a personable and friendly patient care coordinator to join us. Responsibilities for this role include entering patient information onto our data system, answering patients’ questions, verifying insurance benefits and helping us keep our patients healthy by scheduling them for regular care.

Front Office Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
• Scheduling appointments
• Assisting patients with completing forms
• Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules
• Updating patients’ records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
• Communicating with insurance companies
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, scanning and emailing
