A company is looking for a Tax Accountant responsible for payroll tax processing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate payroll tax processing and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Manage calculation, validation, and reconciliation of payroll tax filings, including W-2 and 1099 reporting
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance payroll operations and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
1+ years of experience in automated financial operations and tax administration
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll tax regulations
Experience with project management and process improvement
Proficiency in spreadsheet and database tools
