A company is looking for a Contracts Assistant to support its Contracts Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with drafting, formatting, and reviewing standard contract templates and related documents
Maintain and update contract management systems, ensuring accurate data entry and document tracking
Coordinate contract approvals and signatures through internal workflows and e-signature platforms
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate is required
Two (2) or more years of experience in contracting / legal
Intermediate understanding of legal concepts and terminology
Familiarity with contract management systems
Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
