Senior Loan Processor

As a Senior Loan Processor you'll process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. You'll be responsible for reviewing initial loan application verifying information as loan program requires, making sure all underwriting guidelines have been met. You'll work directly with the customer, loan officer, underwriter and closer to package a complete and compliant loan.

Responsibilities include :

• Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers. Review loan application and gather loan documents from the customer and third parties in support of the loan approval process, according to AUS findings, program parameters and investor guidelines. Complete simple income calculations.
• Submit loans for initial loan decision and working directly with the customer and / or third parties to fulfill all necessary conditions for closing.
• Build rapport with borrowers and provide on-going communication to the customer regarding loan status.
• Successfully work with Loan Officers, Underwriters and Funders to ensure that loan files are submitted to underwriting within expected timelines and that loan conditions are met as required throughout each stage of the loan process.
