Childcare Teacher

Location : Mt. Pleasant, SC.

Schedule : Full-time, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.

Pay : $16–$18 / hour, based on experience.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable Floater Teacher to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting classrooms throughout the day, covering breaks, assisting teachers, and maintaining a smooth daily routine for our students. The ideal candidate has a heart for young children, a love for Jesus, and a willingness to serve wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist lead teachers in classrooms with daily activities and supervision.
• Provide classroom coverage during teacher breaks and absences.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
• Interact positively with children, families, and staff.
• Follow lesson plans and daily schedules as needed.
• Model Christian values and behavior consistent with the school’s mission.
• Support transitions between activities, lunch, nap time, and dismissal.
