Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the overall operation of machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products while meeting deadlines safely. Your role will involve training and providing general direction to Assistant Machine Operators, assisting with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other production-related documentation, and conducting inventory data entry. Additionally, you will participate in cross-training for other job functions as needed and attend departmental, production, safety, and company meetings regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce high-quality products safely and efficiently.
• Train and provide direction to Assistant Machine Operators.
• Assist in creating SOPs and production-related documentation.
• Perform inventory data entry and manage inventory effectively.
• Participate in cross-training for other job functions.
• Attend departmental, production, safety, and company meetings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75 / hr.
