Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for our policyholders, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.

Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client goals.

Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer additional relevant products.

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide the best possible guidance.

Requirements

Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License (Required)

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

A strong, customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency with CRM software and modern communication tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
