Jumpstart Your Career Entry-Level Machine Operator (Pharma Manufacturing)

Location : Fort Washington, PA Pay Rate : $19.52 / hr Shift : 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6 : 15pm 6 : 45am)

What You'll Do :

  • Learn to operate and monitor high-tech manufacturing equipmentfull training provided!
  • Support production by helping set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines.
  • Work closely with experienced team members in maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering.
  • Keep accurate records, perform quality checks, and learn maintenance basics.
  • Be part of a supportive team where everyone works together.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship so you can advance at your own pace.

What We're Looking For :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 02 years of experience in any job (no manufacturing experience neededwe train you!)
  • Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and be reliable on your shift
  • Team mindset your positive attitude matters as much as your skills
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
