A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage an active employer prospect pipeline and conduct outreach to potential partners
Develop and maintain relationships with employers, coordinating hiring events and site visits
Draft partnership proposals and manage the closing process of agreements with employers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development, employer partnerships, or related fields
Ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline with accurate CRM tracking
Experience working with employers in healthcare, IT, or workforce development preferred
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard outreach platforms
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with a team
