Position Summary

The Principal Process Improvement Lead (Lean Six Sigma) leads process management operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across utility asset GIS and data programs. This role is responsible for evaluating current-state performance designing future-state workflows and driving measurable improvements in efficiency quality and consistency within a regulated utility environment.

The role works closely with program managers data managers GIS teams and quality leadership to embed structured improvement methodologies and ensure process changes are effectively implemented and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement

• Lead PlanDoCheckAct (PDCA) and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across utility programs
• Evaluate current-state processes and design future-state workflows aligned with program objectives
• Facilitate root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans to address performance gaps
