Director Of System Integration
Baystate Health is seeking a Director of System Integration to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our health system. In this highly visible role, you will oversee complex integration projects across Baystate Health, bringing together systems, services, and assets to drive seamless operations and sustainable growth. You will play a critical leadership role in coordinating cross-functional teams for health system acquisitions, physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures, enterprise-wide initiatives, and third-party solution integrations. This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with strong project management expertise and experience navigating complex healthcare environments. What You'll Do
- Lead and guide project teams through complex, multi-faceted system integration effortsoften managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Serve as the primary project manager for key deals and enterprise initiatives, proactively identifying, monitoring, and escalating integration risks and issues
- Direct cross-functional workstreams spanning clinical, operational, financial, and technology domains
- Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans aligned with organizational strategy and growth objectives
- Partner closely with executive leadership, clinical leaders, operational teams, and external vendors
- Anticipate integration risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Manage resources and project budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
- Drive clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization
- Support enterprise technology integrations and ensure seamless interoperability across platforms
- Contribute directly to Baystate Health's growth through close collaboration with senior leadership and internal stakeholders

5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a project management role2+ years of experience in corporate development or M&A project management, preferably within a healthcare environmentEducation
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldCertifications
