In this highly visible role, you will oversee complex integration projects across Baystate Health, bringing together systems, services, and assets to drive seamless operations and sustainable growth. You will play a critical leadership role in coordinating cross-functional teams for health system acquisitions, physician practice acquisitions, joint ventures, enterprise-wide initiatives, and third-party solution integrations. What You'll Do

• Lead and guide project teams through complex, multi-faceted system integration effortsoften managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Serve as the primary project manager for key deals and enterprise initiatives, proactively identifying, monitoring, and escalating integration risks and issues
• Direct cross-functional workstreams spanning clinical, operational, financial, and technology domains
• Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans aligned with organizational strategy and growth objectives
• Partner closely with executive leadership, clinical leaders, operational teams, and external vendors
• Anticipate integration risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Manage resources and project budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery
• Drive clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization
• Support enterprise technology integrations and ensure seamless interoperability across platforms
• Contribute directly to Baystate Health's growth through close collaboration with senior leadership and internal stakeholders
