TDI is seeking an experienced, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The Marketing Coordinator will support TDI and TDI Solutions' multifaceted B2B marketing efforts across channels and platforms, helping drive new areas of growth, strengthen client retention, and elevate awareness of TDI's advisory and solutions businesses among key audiences, including clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for articulating, aligning, and consistently applying TDI's brand across all channels, while optimizing defined marketing goals. Core channels include TDI's external and client-facing websites, client content, pitch materials, social media, and other marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and deeply engaged in the firm's activities and initiatives. They bring a creative, entrepreneurial mindset and develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth. This individual leverages data and performance insights to inform strategy, measure impact, and continuously refine marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate for the Marketing Coordinator position will possess the following:
Location: Washington, DC | Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm | 100% In-Office
Compensation: $72,000 - $80,000 annualized
