Together these teams drive value and success for our customers and bring our community together in new and special ways. We're looking for a Growth Performance Marketing Associate to join Snap Inc!

What you'll do :

• Efficiently drive new user acquisition and Snapchatter engagement via off-platform and in-app channels
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns across a variety of partners and channels (display, video, social, app store, email, notifications, etc.)
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis across tactics, platforms, partners, campaigns, and more. Present insights and recommendations to cross functional collaborators for decision making.
• Ideate and execute A / B tests to continually improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creatives.
• Assist with team operations, including items such as updating roadmaps and calendars to ensure programs are staying on track and budgets are invested for maximum efficiency.

Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
