Background in OLAP database tuning and columnar database technologies. Prior work with modern analytical data platforms or distributed query engines. Experience with performance diagnosis and optimization in large-scale environments.
Role : StarRocks Database Engineer.
Location : Irving TX (Onsite).
Duration : Long Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities :
- Optimize and tune StarRocks database performance for high-volume analytical workloads.
- Ensure high availability reliability disaster recovery (DR) and observability across the StarRocks environment.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and performance diagnostics for database and platform issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and OLAP query performance.
- Support operational stability within Kubernetes-based deployments.
