WHO YOU ARE

The Senior Systems Analyst is a high-impact technology guru responsible for leading advanced application support, complex systems analysis, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This position serves as a subject matter expert for enterprise systems, overseeing integration, optimization, and digital transformation projects. The role demands deep technical expertise, strategic problem-solving, and leadership in both project execution and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate drives innovation, enhances system scalability, and ensures secure and efficient business operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

System Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor POS / BOH system updates and oversee testing and rollout to minimize operational disruptions
• Integrate BOH systems with POS and other enterprise platforms for data consistency and operational efficiency
• Manage and optimize back-of-house (BOH) systems such as inventory, labor scheduling, and kitchen display systems (KDS)
• Ensure consistent configuration and performance across all restaurant locations
• Collaborate with operations and vendors to implement custom POS features and enhancements
• Configure and maintain POS systems, including menu setup, pricing, modifiers, and payment processing settings
• Support system integration across platforms and ensure data consistency
• Perform application performance monitoring and recommend improvements
