Job Description :
- The contractor must perform the following :
- Develop complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models for assessing the following Metrics-that-Matter :
- Human Capital Reports and Organization Charts
- Federal Acquisition Certifications
- Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) registration and evaluation
- Federal Procurement Data System - New Generation (FPDS-NG) timeliness
- Electronic Contract Filing System (ECFS) compliance
- Contract closeout
- Develop and lead projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments related to the data health of the organization.
- Collect, analyze and report various procurement data.
- Provide relevant data-related reports to CPD leadership for decision-making, action planning and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical assistance and building understanding about the effective use of data.
- Develop systems and tools for effective data management, visualization and interpretation (system design, dashboards, information graphics, mapping, Tableau).
- Support implementation of continuous improvement processes
- Provide risk assessment and transparency on potential issues surrounding data integrity.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support reflective of SFLC health assessment when requested by DHS, USCG Headquarters, and SFLC.
- Generate and articulate clear actionable insights and highlight relevant trends through data exploration and analysis.
- Develop analytical tools and best practices to maintain and improve enterprise data quality.

The Management Analyst must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related fields required with a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Master's degree preferred.The Management Analyst must possess the following skills :Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.Project management and organizational skills.Research, writing and communication skills.Ability to communicate results of complex analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Exhibit strong analytic, technical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Advanced skill in data manipulation and validation within MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, data comparison, conditional formatting, filters, Power Query).Excellent attention to detail and timelines.
