Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your preschool classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.
• Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about childrens progress.
• Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• EEC certification or ability to meet Massachusetts Preschool Teacher qualifications required.
• EEC Strong Start 2.0 completion
• 1+ year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
