We are looking for an experienced full-time, hourly Service Technician to join our team. Pay Rate : Total annual compensation ranges from $50k to $60k based on experience and efficiency; the pay is hourly (overtime available)

Job Schedule : Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 7 : 30am (some nights and weekends will be scheduled as we offer afterhours emergency service).

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to support our HVAC Service team. Duties include performing service and repairs on all makes and models of residential HVAC systems (inside and out) all while focusing on providing a "best in class" customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Thoroughly inspect and diagnose a wide variety of HVAC malfunctions. Complete the repairs necessary having clearly communicated with customers.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the Sunshine team.
• Maintain detailed notes of all interactions in customers' records.
• Maintain inventory / supplies on your assigned company vehicle.
• Maintain necessary tools
• Must practice safety at all times
