Data Integration Technical Analyst

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Technical Analyst to support the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of data integration solutions. This role centers on creating seamless integrations between enterprise systems including JD Edwards (JDE), Service Pro, and others by leveraging tools such as Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and GoAnywhere. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business users to understand workflows and integration needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs.
• Design & Development
  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, GoAnywhere, and related tools.
  • Utilize Informatica’s repository components for metadata, staging, and process orchestration.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations.
• Integration Management
  • Implement and manage web services and APIs to integrate JD Edwards, Service Pro, and other systems.
  • Coordinate with third-party technical support for troubleshooting and advanced technical issues.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation
  • Ensure the reliability, security, and quality of data integrations through testing and monitoring.
  • Document integration workflows, data mappings, and technical designs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide user support and training as needed.
• Ongoing Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Monitor performance and apply industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience working with data integration tools, including at least some with Informatica IDMC.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL development; Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience developing data integrations using SQL, GoAnywhere, and Informatica IDMC.
• Familiarity with Informatica’s metadata and repository components.
• Strong skills in building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and support partners for analysis and issue resolution.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing user training.
• Understanding of data governance, enterprise data management, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with JD Edwards (JDE), Service Pro, or similar ERP and field service systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of additional scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience with other ETL or integration tools is a plus.
