Position Overview

Landecor, LLC. is looking for a dependable and motivated Landscaping Laborer to join our design / build, commercial construction and maintenance team. This role is responsible for assisting in the installation and upkeep of high-quality landscapes for commercial properties and custom outdoor environments. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in an outdoor, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of landscape projects including planting, sod, irrigation, grading, stonework, and mulch.

Support commercial property maintenance crews with mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and seasonal cleanups.

Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload plants, materials, and supplies for daily projects.

Follow site plans, layouts, and directions from crew leaders or foremen.

Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all equipment is properly cared for.

Follow all company safety procedures and standards.

Qualifications

Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under direction.

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
