A long-standing and respected manufacturing operation in Pillager, MN , is hiring a full-time, seasonal Truss Builder to support the production of high-quality wood roof and floor trusses. Known for combining computer-aided design with innovative manufacturing practices, this team takes pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and getting the job done right. If you can swing a hammer, read a tape measure, and enjoy hands-on work, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate : $18.50 per hour
• Bonus : Daily board footage bonus pay potential, paid weekly
• Schedule : First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
• Employment Type : Full-Time, Seasonal Temporary Position
