Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a company-wide recruiting strategy aligned with business priorities for timely and quality hires
Own full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership-level roles, ensuring high-caliber hires
Manage and develop the recruiting team while optimizing recruiting systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing a recruiting program
Proven success in recruiting for executive and leadership roles in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Strong experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and budget management
Expertise in ATS and sourcing tools, with proficiency in recruiting technology and analytics
