Your ‘day to day’ :

As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in monitoring, maintaining, and improving industrial processes to ensure efficient production while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the assigned production line or machine according to IOS / Open+ guidelines to deliver business results aligned with company strategy.
• Perform technical and maintenance interventions (process settings, adjustments, planned maintenance) on the assigned equipment and execute IOS / Open+ systems to achieve and improve targeted KPIs.
• Use and comply with all standard OPEN+ systems and tools (BOS, QFlag, CL, CIL, IPS, UPS, WPA, PDM, etc.) according to the requirements of Equipment Line Pillars step and Site Phase.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and loss elimination programs for the assigned equipment.
• Act as an OPEN+ champion within an autonomous / self-sufficient team to support capabilities development and use these capabilities for loss elimination.
