Job Description

The Director of Merger and Acqusition Integration will lead the integration efforts following U.S. Air’s acquisition into Bosch. This person will also coordinate and track the implementation of the value creation plan defined with this acquisition. The role requires a strong background in corporate finance, post-merger integration, or consulting. Experience in transformation leadership driving synergy, cost alignment, and sustainable value creation is a plus.

Upon successful completion of the PMI responsibilities (approximately 2-3 years), this opportunity will transition into a leadership role.

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between $213,000- $240,000 Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
