Hourly Pay : $29.00 – $43.00 / hour (based on experience)

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$4.25 / hour

Weekends : +$3.00 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role focuses on monitoring cardiac telemetry patients, managing complex medical conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Available Shifts

Days : Rotating weekends

Nights : Rotating weekends (night differential applies)

Important Notes

Candidates must live within a 60-minute commute of the facility

Patient ratios :

Days : 5 : 1 or 6 : 1

Nights : 6 : 1

In-person interview required , including shadowing, facility tour, and administrative interview

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry patients for changes in condition

Provide care for post-surgical and medically complex patients in a Med-Surg setting

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 4 years)

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility

BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire

Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience and a compact license must obtain a Florida RN license
