Position : Program Supervisor

Job Type : Full-Time / Exempt

Shift Details : Shift Days - Shift Hours

Work Location : Crisis - Recovery Response Center - Peoria, AZ

Salary / Hourly Wage : $100,000 - $105,000 / year

Specialties / Licenses or Certifications :

• Four (4) Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory / management experience required.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Independent licensure required according to state regulations.

Summary of Job : The Program Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, organizing and maintaining activities within the Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Supervises, trains and schedules assigned staff

Assists individuals / families in developing natural supports to increase success in the community.

Ensures Incident Reports are initiated, completed, reviewed and submitted according to policy.

Assists with administration of the Program business plan to include ensuring contract expectations are met and adherence to budget.

Performs other related duties assigned.

Four (4) Minimum of two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience.

Ability to develop collaborative relationships with community partners.

If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations' driving policy.

Travel required based on business need.

Must be able to pass a seven-year background check.

A Direct Service Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.

Physical Demands :

May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and / or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Work Environment

May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and / or confused. Work may include travel throughout the geographic region.
