A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Roadside Assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and document member requests for roadside assistance and provide service solutions
Counsel members on service provisions and redirect calls as necessary
Advise members of service conditions and communicate pertinent information to public agencies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates degree
Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Successful completion of Receive Service Specialist I training required
Successful completion of Achieving Extraordinary Customer Relations (AECR) training required
Fluency in English required
