Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer

Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Duration : 12 Month Contract

Pay : $70 / hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in modern .NET Core development, Angular, microservices, and cloud technologies. This engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications within a distributed systems environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience building RESTful services, implementing unit tests, working with SQL databases, and developing modern, responsive UI components.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using .NET Core (8.x or newer) and Angular (v15+) .
Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs to support scalable and distributed systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using NUnit or XUnit frameworks.
Develop responsive and accessible UI components using TypeScript , Angular , and Bootstrap .
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement solutions that integrate with SQL Server databases, ensuring optimized queries and data structures.
Work with Kafka or similar event-based messaging platforms to support asynchronous communication patterns.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications within Azure or OpenShift (OCP) cloud environments.
Contribute to best practices for code quality, architecture, CI / CD, and software development processes.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of professional experience with .NET Core (8.x or newer) .

7+ years of experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or XUnit .

5+ years of hands-on development with Angular (v15+) .

5+ years working with microservices architecture .

5+ years building and consuming RESTful services .

5+ years of TypeScript development experience.

5+ years of experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

3+ years of experience using Bootstrap for UI development.

2+ years of experience with Kafka or other streaming / event systems.

2+ years of experience deploying applications in Azure or OpenShift (OCP) cloud environments.
