What you'll be doing :

  • Helping customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
  • Leading test drives and explaining key vehicle features
  • Following up with leads and maintaining customer relationships
  • Representing Wade Ford with professionalism and positivity
  • Collaborating with your team to deliver an outstanding experience
  • Making each day fun, productive, and rewarding

    • What we're looking for :

  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Automotive sales background is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools (CDK experience a bonus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

    Qualifications :

  • Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
