MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for the primary accounting functions of WAI, WCS, and BM, including clerical and entry-level bookkeeping and accounting tasks, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records, and preparing financial, statistical, and/or technical reports.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department.
2. Process payments to external partners and maintain updated records of invoices and receipts.
3. Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and distribution of mail.
4. Maintain communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
5. Process transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, and budgets.
6. Manage customer collections.
7. Prepare financial reports.
8. Assist with audits, verification of information, and resolve discrepancies and variances.
9. Review and reconcile accounts as needed.
10. Participate in company sponsored training.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• Associate’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Accounting/ Auditor/ Examiner Certifications a plus
