Trade Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist, Trade Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare agreements in accordance with federal regulations to support international business initiatives

Establish and maintain relations with government licensing authorities and provide guidance to stakeholders

Conduct training sessions and audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations and assist with external audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum 2 years of experience with ITAR, EAR, FTR, OFAC, and US Customs regulations

Minimum 2 years of experience with export product knowledge and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

Must be a US citizen

Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
