Work station cleanliness and organization Flexibility Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment Must be a team player Able to take direction Reliable & punctual Participate in daily kitchen closing procedures Set up & breakdown of station depending on shift Workstation cleanliness Prepare food and present to required standard Ability to take direction and work well with team Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary Follow all food safety regulations Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification (not required) Punctual & reliable Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent time management skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time
