As part of our Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units within Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, gaining new clinical experiences each shift.

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality throughout the patient's healthcare experience. Your responsibilities include :

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program is necessary.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
