Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications and Experience Required :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field

7-10 years of experience in specialty pharmacy or access-focused roles, with 5 years in leadership

Proven ability to develop high-impact access strategies

Strong strategic leadership skills and ability to influence at the executive level

Expertise in navigating payor landscapes and regulatory requirements
