Key Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell goals
Maintain relationships with customers and ensure their success with the platform
Identify new opportunities and drive them to closure
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
2-5 years of experience in a sales / account management role for a technology company
Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships
Experience with educational institutions and / or government preferred
Strong analytical skills for renewal forecasting
Familiarity with JIRA, Google Suite, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com
