Our client is seeking a highly motivated Venture Development Associate (English & Mandarin Speaker) to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Co-Founders on high-impact strategic projects that shape our client's growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will have a consulting, strategy, or venture building background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will take ownership of projects end-to-endfrom ideation and analysis to executionwhile driving initiatives that directly contribute to our client's global expansion.

Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic Projects : Independently set up, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across business functions.
• Process Optimization : Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop clear implementation plans.
• Performance Analysis : Conduct deep dives into business performance, build dashboards, and create tracking mechanisms for key KPIs.
• Leadership Support : Prepare high-quality materials for board and investor meetings and assist co-founders with priority tasks.
• Market Research & M&A Analysis : Assess acquisition opportunities in the fields of ingredients, delivery mechanisms, and supplement companies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.
