Key Responsibilities

Support applied research using platform and partner data, ensuring validity and interpretability of outcomes

Translate research findings into product requirements and user experience guidance

Create evidence artifacts and support value-based care pilots with defensible outcomes narratives

Required Qualifications

Experience in product, UX, research, or related roles

Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, or decision-support systems

Comfort working with outcomes or research data

Strong ability to translate evidence into product decisions

Degree in design, psychology, HCI, research, or equivalent experience
