Client Service Associate, Private Wealth
REPORTS TO:
The Client Service Associate will report directly to the Sr. Advisor as well as to the Managing Director of Investment Operations, or their designee.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The position of Client Service Associate for The Coury Firms Private Wealth division (the Firm) is a core member of the Wealth team. The Client Service Associate will be responsible for directly supporting the Firms Wealth Advisors on all aspects of client administration to ensure accurate and timely execution of client service-related matters. Key duties include account servicing, money movements and cashiering functions, data review and reconciliation, reporting, custodial and counterparty coordination, and general assistance with the Firms operational processes, procedures, and internal/external communication.
This position will need to work collaboratively with a group of Private Wealth personnel, including but not limited to Advisors, other Client Service Associates, and Senior Management to assist in the delivery of investment management, tax planning, comprehensive financial planning, risk management solutions, estate and succession planning, and other pertinent financial services.
