Job Title: Home Health Aide

Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personal care, companionship, and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Provide light housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Prepare and serve meals based on dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Monitor and record vital signs (such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and weight) as directed by a nurse or doctor.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation, games, or light activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client.
• Report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the supervisor or healthcare team.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift and move patients (when applicable) and perform other physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires working in clients' homes, which may include varying environments.
• Flexibility in hours and scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
