We offer free Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with a 100% success rate, and you’ll be paid for your training. Our team thrives on long-term relationships, and many of our staff have been with us for over a decade.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices.
  • Work directly with children with ASD.
  • Engage parents in therapy sessions.
  • Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Reliable transportation.
  • BLS certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
  • Complete RBT training to become certified.

    • ADDITIONAL INFO :

  • Work Location : Provide In-Home services.
  • Benefits : Health and dental insurance, 401K.
  • Job Type : Part-time (with advancement opportunities).
  • Salary : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus.
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time).
  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience : 1 year working with children required.
  • License / Certification : Driver’s License required.
