A company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and scalability of its financial technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the SRE strategy to align reliability practices with business goals
Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements across product workstreams
Automate operational workflows and mentor engineers to enhance SRE skills across the organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional software or systems engineering experience, including 5+ years in SRE roles
Proven leadership experience influencing reliability practices across multiple teams
Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
Deep expertise in observability, monitoring, and incident management
Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java or Node.js
